Great guide
Lovely introductory guide, very clear sections and lots of information. It's difficult on audiobook to get a good sense of some of the lists- i wish that there was an accompanying pdf guide of these!

Not what I expected
Having grown up in northern Europe I remember the mixtures of main religion and paganism and so this book was very disappointing to me. I did not realise that it was mainly based for America had I known this I don’t think I would have chosen this book.

Very Interesting and Unexpected, A thoughtful Read
I listened to the audio version of this book. While the narration was clear it was a little slow for my liking. As a result I had to speed it up.
I like how this book lays out and explains all the different types of Paganism. However it's frustrating that it is so America focused at the start. Though they do branch out to include other cultures/countries later on.
I liked how they explore the links between other religions and Paganism. Particularly it's relationship with Christianity and the misconceptions around that. Completely shatters the unpleasant stereotypes around this. And also explores why this is so incompatible with Paganism to start with.

Fantastic overview and introduction to paganism
This was a fantastic introduction and extensive and detailed overview of paganism. I was a little overwhelmed with the amount of information at times but I feel this is a book I will come back to many times as I learn and study more about paganism
