Summary
After being saved from danger by Ainz, Enri and the apothecary Nfirea have been living life to the fullest as they spend their days together in Carne Village alongside their goblin-guard neighbors. But after the Wise King of the Forest left the region, the balance of the forest has been disrupted and something has filled the vacuum of power...

Filler
The book is essentially a filler episode, but it was interesting to see a bit more about the Lizard men and how they are incorporating with Nazarick.
I enjoy being in this world, so I didn't mind the filler. But I think releasing this book and the Caster of Destruction together would have been better.
Don't expect anything too deep, but if you enjoy being in the world for a few hours, then I'd recommend it to you

Keep it coming
Again an awesome produced audio book ! And more in depth detail in relation to items not mentioned in the manga not the anime - highly recommend people to listen to these :)
The one thing I would improve is the time skip seems a bit jumbled

filler novel
this certainly shouldn't be the first book you grab if you're looking to just dive into the series. what for long time fans is essentially a collection of backstage moments for side and minor characters could feel very slow paced and boring to anyone not so thoroughly invested in the series that you're happy to hear what the maid ate for lunch.

It’s pretty good overall
Maybe not the most exciting volume, but it sets up many things that are to come. Characters are still great as well as the world and the lore. I am looking forward to the next volume.

Weakest of the series so far.
It's very much just filler. Not a lot really happens. It's definitely the weakest of the series so far. The performance was great as always, but the story is painfully slow to tell a nothing burger.
