    Really Helpful

This was recommended by my therapist, Dr Manicavasagar has a really soothing voice, everything was clear and concise. I’ve managed to leave my home to put bins out and collect them with out my panic levels going through the roof. Still on the high side but getting better. Would recommend highly

    Very insightful and useful book

This is the 1st book I have ever started to read to deal with my panic disorder. I bought book to help identify the smaller symptoms and triggers of my panic attacks. This book was very easy to follow and helped me identify many triggers that I didn't even know contributed to the attacks. The techniques it suggests are simple to follow and im feeling confident in challenging myself to overcome this illness. I will be highly recomending this to friends who have similar experiences to me.
