Summary
The third book in the critically acclaimed Wicked & Wise series offers a compelling analysis of the issue of food on an international scale. From nutrition to world hunger to GM farming, what are the impacts of food and food issues on regional, political, cultural, business and social priorities?
With two billion obese and two billion hungry, food is a key issue in the future development of the world's population and its health. As with every wicked and wise issue, it throws up significant moral, political and economic concerns when tackling how we will keep the world's population nourished in decades to come.

Everyone should read this
There is a lot of information in this book, plenty to give pause for thought. Food wastage, inequalities, climate change, process re-engineering, collaborative solutions are all covered. If you read this you should want to contribute to a solution.

Informative albeit lengthy ways to prove a point
I appreciated the scientific and informed approach, however a few chapters took quite long tangents in my opinion.
It is also encouraging to hear such an optimistic and proactive point of view on such large scale problems. I would definitely recommend this book.

Excellent book
A real eye opener on our current food production problems. Not preachy, just honest facts given straight. So glad I found this book
