Great story and characters, loved auset and the scorpions. Wonderful world building, you got to love those scorpions!!

Best one yet
Honestly the best audio book I've heard so far, I've found a lot of them to be hit or miss and many of the semi decent ones start to drag on and get boring but this one's been amazing from start to finish always having my attention... sad its finished but every part of it had been great and well written, the voice actors did an incredible job too!

Interesting

Wow! I wasn’t expecting that, if captured my attention from the first few chapters and did not let go. I loved listening to this on audible and reading it on my kindle. Couldn’t put this down. Excellent plot and world building. The ending was a bit anti climatic for my liking but overall the story was good.

Masterfully Brilliant
Great world building and storyline.
Gripping, captivating and exciting with some twists and turns you don’t see coming.
Love all the main characters but Auset is definitely my favourite.
Damaged people finding damaged people and helping them heal against the odds.
Not a book for the feint hearted because of some of the dark issues referred to.
If you like kick ass heroes of both sexes and a Happy Ever After then dive into this book as you wont be disappointed.
