About this listen

From the white heat of Miami to the implants of LA, the glittering waters of the Caribbean to the deserts of Arabia, Olivia Joules pits herself against the forces of terror - armed only with a hatpin, razor sharp wits, and a very special underwired bra.

How could a girl not be drawn to the alluring, powerful Pierre Ferramo, with his hooded eyes, impeccable taste, unimaginable wealth, exotic homes across the globe, and rather dubious French accent? But is it possible that Ferramo is actually a major terrorist, bent on the Western world's destruction? Or is it all just a product of Olivia Joules' overactive imagination?

Join Olivia in her heart-stopping and hilarious quest to save the world in this witty and contemporary thriller.

Better To Read The Book Than To Listen

I read this book many years ago and it was one of the best and funniest books I've ever read so jumped and the chance to listen to it but was slightly disappointed, it is better to let my own imagination do the work than let the narrator do it for me. The narrator spoils the funny and daft comedy that is in the book.
Read the paper back it's better.

Loved this book since release, shortened version but fantastically read by Rachel Weisz! Great stuff.

A bit predicted and didn't really go any where.

it starts of ok and you feel it's going to be a good story however it doesn't. There's no depth and it jumps to quickly into next scene. The author could have done much more

Great book but why did they cut it down?

I really enjoyed this book and downloaded it soon after reading it. Rachel Weiss does a great job, but I was disappointed that some key scenes between the main characters had been cut. Although good, I would read the book to get the full story.

Far-fetched but so much fun!

I’ve owned the paperback of this book since 2010. I’ve read it numerous times because it’s such a fun story, and I know the story pretty well by now. While I can easily give the paperback version 5 stars, I was a bit disappointed with the audiobook. Some of my favourite lines/scenes had been omitted from the audio version, sometimes to the point that it would be confusing for readers who haven’t read the unabridged version.

Rachel Weisz did a great job with the narration.

Wouldn’t recommend

Starts out ok with some great observations from Olivia but with a definite Bridget Jones voice. Overall the plot is too weak with not enough research in to the world of spying. Very disappointing!!!

On a positive note: Rachel Weisz is a great reader using a great range is accents, would recommend her narration.
