You won’t be disappointed
I absolutely love this! It explains lots of ways on how to live an happy and simple life and it makes me feel good about myself. It’s definitely a pick me up and funny at times. The perfect present for the people you care about. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed :)

Five stars!
When I first heard about this new trendy audiobook, I was skeptical about the significance compared to hygge. This was unique in that it provides recommendations for all aspects of life (social, health, economical, etc). I also appreciate that this got right into practical tips that can be implemented right away. It was a great simple audiobook that I will look forward to referencing in the future!

The ideas shared by Tess Jansen and Sofie Bakken are practical and beneficial to all. I would highly recommend this book if you're interested in the Nordic lifestyle.

What a great audiobook! I was seriously surprised by how well it is and how interesting I found it to be! I have listened to this audiobook from the beginning to end, and will definitely be listen to this again. I’m ready to go to Norway!
