Gripping psychodrama
Would you listen to Nora: A Love Hate Romance Suspense Thriller with a Bitter Secret again? Why?
I don't generally listen to fiction books more than once, but I will certainly listen to this author's other novels on Audible.
What did you like best about this story?
I liked the psychological twists and turns in the story. And the author uses words beautifully.
Have you listened to any of Rachel Shirley’s other performances? How does this one compare?
Yes, I listened to 'Falling Awake'. I thought this was just as good.
Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I did! The book evoked a lot of sympathy for both of the central characters. I found it quite moving.
Any additional comments?
I've really enjoyed both of the Charles J Harwood books I've listened to in audio. There's nothing even remotely formulaic about them and the characters have real depth and substance.
