Noble, but no fully formed!
This was an interesting book, with so much promise, but the story was not fully formed, in my opinion.
The resolution was inadequate and murky. The strands that kept you following the narrative, were very loosely tied & in some cases either non existent it unraveling!
I shall reserve final judgment by hearing book 2. That will decide on whether I pursue the rest of the series.
However, one bonus, the narrator was good and earned the book an extra 2 Stars!

Just doesn’t deliver - Feeble
Had real high hopes of a Jack Reacher style hero to evolve from this to engage me for the full suite of novels.
Whilst we got a feel of who Jack Noble could be and an easy read/listen the storyline was feeble with little or no depth.
Whilst I’m sure Jack Noble has potential this novel really doesn’t entice me to continue with the characters in future books.
If it was to be made into a series it would be one of those lower budget Fox show with a former B lister looking to get their career back on track.
