About this listen
This bundle includes books seven, eight, and nine in the Nine Lives Magic Mysteries.
Stray Spells: What’s a witch to do when her feline familiar creates a cursed sleep mask that unleashes an evil spirit bent on plaguing half the town with terrible nightmares?
Well, the first stop is Merlin’s Well for a whole pitcher of margaritas.
Mystic Meow: It’s the dog days of summer and Winterspell is going through town psychics faster than a werewolf sheds its fur after a full moon.
And let’s hope we don’t have one of those on our tail.
Catnip Charms: Something old, something new, something borrowed, and something … cursed?
In the midst of my dream destination wedding, Aunt Lavender’s gift—a vintage locket—reveals a chilling secret: it’s cursed with remnants of a dark spell from decades past.

Coziness continues
The first book following what should be the ending was the worst. It felt forced after the ending of the book 6, which was great. I couldn't wait to finish, it was like a chore. Selene was too aggressive, and Cora too good and self-righteous, which made them both incredibly annoying. The main mystery had potential, it was nice to see for the first time something magical and scary, but the resolution was silly. Book 8 was much better, it had that classic cozy fantasy mystery formula. I'm glad I stick with it because the characters found their place and it all worked really well. Last one was so nice and cozy, loved it. I liked the jelousy drama, especially because it finally showed Cora isn't so perfect. The wedding was cute, I didn't mind the whole book revolving around that. The narrator keeps doing great job, I like how she manages to voice every character uniquely.
