About this listen

This book has two objectives -

  1. To reveal the truth about memories of previous lives.
  2. To explain how some established approaches to anxiety could be changed to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

Age regression is a technique used by hypnotherapists to enable people to explore hidden memories and decisions made by their subconscious minds.

Repressed memories and emotions can cause a wide range of anxiety related problems. Identifying such causes at the right time may allow the mind to change the earlier decision. Explaining the previously hidden cause of anxiety can be like taking a weight off the shoulders.

Past-life regression goes further back than the current life and results in amazing experiences that prompt us to question our understanding of life itself.

Driven by a passion to understand the purpose of life and explore the mystery of reincarnation, Jim Alexander became an expert on regression, and his research has featured in newspapers, magazines, radio and TV documentaries.

Perhaps his most intriguing case is that of Jenny Cockell, featured on TV in “Strange but True?”, in her book “Yesterday’s Children” and the American film of the same name. Her incredible recollections from a past life in Ireland in the early 20th century reunited a family that had been broken up over 50 years earlier. The story is not that simple and the exhaustive and detailed research now completed for this book reveals sensational results.

Here Jim shares several of his most fascinating cases, the evidence they presented, and his conclusions after many years studying the phenomenon.

Jim is passionate for hypnotherapy to be used alongside general health practice to provide even better solutions. At times challenging, but sharing his real-world experience Jim hopes to encourage understanding of what is possible through hypnosis.

This book could change lives – or encourage long forgotten ones to be found.

Bad audio recordings used

I got approx. a third of the way through this book and found it interesting. But unfortunately the author seems to have used the original recordings of his subjects sessions in the audio version and the resulting recorded audio is not of good quality hence most of it is incomprehensible and I couldn’t understand what they were saying hence I had to return the book.
