Still very much a work-in-progress, Pete reveals the lessons he has learned: the good, the bad and the ugly. Didn't want the book to end! 🤗
Lost for words. Resonated with me and have taken a lot away from it. I was sad the book was over but it is a read you can listen to again, as there are so many elements for self-help in this book and reminders to the struggles in life. Always loved Petes outlook on life, straight up and need more people like him in the world.

Authentic
Pete's voice is so calming, the book is so authentic and relatable, it had me in tears, it's made me wake up and realise everyday things I need to be grateful for and has helped me how to understand mine and my husbands grief, and my own self worth!

A raw, honest reflection from Pete spoken from his heart.
What an honest and emotional account from Pete of his biggest losses in life, his rawest moments and his biggest fears. I applaud him for his vulnerability and his emotional intelligence. Pete’s self awareness is rare and his stories get you right in the emotions. I shed a few tears listening to this.

Honest and helpful
Pete narrates his own story in his inimitable style and with humour.
This book seems to have helped him process significant life events and their impact.
I think it helps readers to hear how this fits together logically and to reflect on their own lives with the same or similar questions.
Overall, it is worth a read and I applaud Pete for doing it.

Brilliant & from the heart!
I laughed & cried in the car in the first 20 minutes, fantastic book! Full of emotion & very raw but uplifting all at the same time…loved it!

Incredible book
Nothing like I thought and enjoyed it way more than I thought I would. It’s quite an eye opener as loads of things could have been me.
