About this listen
"I am Death. I am the Grim Reaper.... It is my job to take the soul of the newly departed from the life they knew to the next stage of existence...." Annabelle Décor is a woman betrayed who is on a mission to punish infidelity, marking her victims with the makeup of those they have deceived. From his position of power, Death watches the story unfold before his eyes. Is this merely a woman driven crazy or a possession by an old and vengeful god?

Nemesis
I would thoroughly recommend this book, I enjoyed the angle from which the story was told, it brought a new perspective rather than the story told through the eyes of the murderer!
The narrator was excellent and I felt the words coming alive through his account.
Thoroughly enjoyed.

His voice is wonderful to listen to, perfect for audiobooks

Nemesis
Any additional comments?
Written from the point of view of "Death" this novel grabbed my attention from the first line and didn't let go until the very end. It's a whole new way of writing a serial killer story and definitely worth reading. The enticing and very illustrative writing style of NJ and Bec Pearce makes for excellent reading and also makes the book a perfect audiobook. The voice of narrator Richard Southworth is definitely adding to the reading experience.

A well written unusual novel told from Deaths view
The story follows Death as he preforms his duty guiding souls to the next world, the people we witness pass over are all linked either directly or loosely with a serial killer called Nemesis.
Its well written with some vivid description, interesting characters and thoughtful philosophy but I found the pace a bit slow. The idea is an interesting one but had it not been for the excellent narration I would probably have given up halfway through.
If you want to read something which will make you think about relationships, morals, and the afterlife this is the book for you. If you're after an easy reading thriller give it a skip.
