Very informative.
Very informative. Easy to follow, and provides helpful and practical ways to overcome debilitating mental states. Easy to listen/read and understand. Lots of simple application to put into practice... All practices are safe and really helpful! I am telling as a person who experiences panic attacks. And some of them I discovered only now from this book. Obviously, as much we (ppl who suffer from panic attacks) know about it the safer we will feel.

Great audiobook!
This book is life changing. It is an in-depth look at anxiety and a program to "heal" and not just manage the symptoms. The audios are equally as helpful. Finally, I feel understood and not so alone. Great audiobook!

Quick listen.
This audiobook is perfect if you suffer from severe panic disorder and anxiety. It's helping me to accept my fear and with acceptance comes some peace of mind - hopefully I can continue to get better in time and for those of you suffering this might help as well.

This is easy to understand audiobook with educational info and helpful exercises. Pleasant man's voice and great narration make me much more confident. This audiobook is perfect if you suffer from severe panic disorder and anxiety. Completely satisfied.

Great stuff.
Surprisingly simple, easy to learn and effective. This audiobook really spoke to me and touched on areas where I had problems that I never actually identified as anxiety. I'm sleeping better, I'm relating to people more easily. I feel like my fear is being managed well. I recommend this audiobook. Great stuff.

This book changed my life.
This audiobook works, plain and simple. I'm not saying it can work for everyone, but it works for a person like me who responds well to concise directions, and affirmations. I particularly like the section that talks about "Why does a panic attack happen," how they are a natural response to stressors, and how we can "control" our responses. This book changed my life for the better. Thanks to author.

Amazing book.
Very useful in helping you understand what causes panic attacks and how to accept and work through them. This audiobook gives you the mental tools to accept your anxiety and as a result, lessen your anxiety and the occurrence of panic attacks.

Very helpful for someone who suffers from anxiety
Very helpful for someone who suffers from anxiety and especially panic attacks. I got Postpartum OCD/anxiety, and this book helped me to feel a bit safe. Whenever I feel anxious or "stuck" I read or listen to portions of this book to help.

This is by far the best audiobook I have listened
This is by far the best audiobook I have listened to about anxiety and panic attacks. The author goes through main user scenarios and their difficulties with anxiety. Think Dr. Glenn is very good at showing someone how to overcome their fears and doing it an entertaining way. The author approach of how the brain works were also eye-opening.
