I made a mistake

I bought this thinking it was the Thomas Metzinger who wrote 'The Ego Tunnel'. It's not. I only realised once I'd given it a listen. It is replete with mystic woo-woo with talk of 'energies', 'healing' and 'personal growth' with no scientific basis to back up any of its claims. It is also very repetitive. I was disappointed by my error but also of the content. Even beyond the mysticism there was little insight.
