Peaceful Nights!

Wow! I've been struggling with going to sleep multiple nights a month because my mind tends to race exactly when I'm trying to settle in for the evening, and I must admit this book was exactly what I needed!

What sets this book apart is Alisha's carefully curated collection of 42 mystical stories that are designed to lull you into a peaceful state and deep sleep. Get help falling asleep with this audiobook!

Imagine falling asleep within minutes and staying asleep all night, even if you've struggled with insomnia or stress. This book of bedtime stories did the trick for me. It also helped me with focusing on work I was doing on the computer by providing a soft, background filter. Each of the stories have meaning behind them as well. I was pleasantly surprised by this book and you probably will be too!

SOOTHING

This compilation of bedtime stories was quite enjoyable! Every story is designed to calm your thoughts and subtly encourage sound sleep.  the calming affirmations and meditations are ideal for decompressing and reducing tension. The calming stories are excellent for relaxing the mind and promoting sleep. Bedtime relaxation takes on a more comprehensive form when stories, meditations, and affirmations are combined. This book aims to promote a greater level of awareness and relaxation in addition to helping readers fall asleep.

Into the rhythm of sleep

We are brought up from a young age to enjoy the soothing tones of a bedtime story. As adults, we have so many responsibilities to juggle and sometimes you end up taking the stress of the day into your sleep. I was surprised by how quickly I focused solely on the engaging tone of the narration and turned my thoughts to becoming involved in the stories. My favorite story was 'Lake of Lucidity', as it contained positive affirmations that were so powerful to repeat just before sleeping.
