Fascinating story

This was such an insight into the lives of a family - Daniel's mother came across as a remarkable.lady who was very brave to take part. Daniel's relationship with his mother and the 'warts and all' storytelling made this a compelling listen.

Danny does a fantastic job narrating this amazing story of his own family while staying the professional and pulling it all together. He's very good at putting you back in time in the moment. Love his mum!

a very sad but interesting story

the ripple effect down through the generations of one man's cruel actions. for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. so much pain caused.

Fascinating personal story

I found this story so fascinating, and what made it more gripping was that it was told in such a personal way - by the narrator, about his own family.
