When recently divorced Chloe Canton is gifted her grandmother’s house in Bermuda in her will, it seems a perfect time for a fresh start. Overly convoluted

The story is just overly convoluted. So the characters just become pale photocopies rather than full 3-dimensional figures in your mind. Am not going to finish this book. I've tried but it's just not going to happen.
