About this listen

Bulldogs, Boxers, and body parts were the last thing Lola expected on her morning walk.

A heartwarming and hilarious cozy mystery set in a quaint British village with a talking French Bulldog.

Lola is settling into the sleepy British village with Sassy, her crime-fighting French Bulldog. When Tony Munch’s boxer dog comes running up with a foot in its mouth they know a murder mystery is unfolding. Now, a friend is in trouble. The Russian crime family will not take kindly to the loss of one of their own. Even the police are blaming it on Tony and the evidence is mounting up against him.

With no real leads, Lola is getting worried. Could Tony have done this? Can Sassy, her trusty Frenchie, sniff out the clues to solve the crime?

If you like fast-paced, laugh-out-loud, cozy mysteries, you will love Murder Afoot, Rosie Sams's new book, which fans have compared to Cindy Bell and Steve Higgs.

Grab it now to join Sassy, the sock-loving Frenchie, as she sniffs out the clues in this sweet, cozy mystery.

Great cozy mystery

When her friend Tony's boxer finds a foot and brings it to Lola and Sassy, it's a very fresh foot and so they are drawn into another mystery. This is a fun listen and all the favorites are back. The narration is excellent.

A Foot

Brilliant narration from Christina Fountain, who brings the humour, drama and mystery to your ears, making this a great listen.

Lola and Sassy the most cheeky French Bulldog find themselves involved in another mystery. Lola’s friend Tony’s boxer dog comes running up with a foot in its mouth . The foot belongs to one of the Russian crime family and they do not take kindly to the loss of one of their own. All the evidence keeps pointing to Tony.
