A fascinating and uplifting autobiography!

Whether you are a fan of Mortal Kombat or not, this is a fascinating autobiography. Phillip Ahn has had a very interesting life, and he describes it well.

The book's pace is fast and each section rattles along, sweeping you with it. Never boring, it details adventures from his childhood, moving from Korea to America, finding his way in life and overcoming adversity, to his experiences as a doctor and travels around the world.

If you are a fan of Mortal Kombat you will enjoy the tales of his involvement in the game, both highs and lows.

On top of this, throughout the whole narrative, are inspirational quotes and messages, from his own experiences or famous ones that he has applied to his own life. The book makes you feel positive and uplifted!

The audiobook is read superbly by Gary J. Chambers, who embodies Phillip's character and world, and you could believe it is his voice!

I found this to be perfect bedtime reading, easily digested in bite-sized chunks to send you off to sleep engrossed and inspired. Although it is compelling enough to be consumed in one sitting, constantly urging you to hear just one more story from his life.

I would thoroughly recommend this book to anyone. Don't miss out!
