Fascinating
Moondust and Madness initially was published in the early 90s. The writing and the language reflect the earlier style, thus making the story longer than necessary. Now, romance novels are faster-paced, but sometimes, they lack the plot or character development. That being said, I thought this was a fascinating sci-fi romance with outstanding character development. The premises were based on a woman being captured, enslaved, and auctioned due to a lack of females. The storyline is intriguing; it's sensual but not steamy with a fantastic take on aliens.
Andrea Emmes did a fabulous job with narrations, she breathed life into the various characters. If you like to get a taste of an earlier sci-fi romance, this is an excellent option.

Very interesting listen
This is not one of my usual tropes. I was highly fascinated. While the story felt like a longer listen, it was still very good. The author did a wonderful job with writing. The characters were so much fun to get to know. The story felt different in a good way. The world that she built was pretty interesting. The dialogue was well done. But the narration! The narration was awesome. The narrator did a wonderful job and added something extra to the story.

Good Story
This was a long book and parts of this story seemed to drag , but overall it was a very good story and worth the time to listen to. There's so much going on in this book and so many emotions.

A madness of a listen
First book in the series. First for me by the author. The narrator Andrea is the one that got me interested in the story. This is a Sci-Fi story.
Heroine is Jana Greyson. Hero is Varian Saar.
Varian came to earth and saw Jana , he knew he had to have her . He lands on his spaceship and whisps her away . Up in space she (Jana) looks down at earth and knows she is where she belongs , as time goes on she knows her heart belongs to Varian. Grab it and see how Varian reacts to his slowly growing feelings . This is a great story but it just kept on going on and on . It was a bit to long for the story
Andrea Emmes Performance was great. Her voice is very strong , soothing and calm

Great SciFi romance
The story had a cool world building and lots of suspense with some great romance. It was a long read but the narrator did an excellent job. Look forward to more by this author and this series.

Drawn out.
I enjoyed the storyline of this book and the characters were good and likeable however I felt that it went on a bit too long. I found myself losing interest as the book went on and on and on. Andrea saved this book for me as her performance was fantastic. I would definitely listen to another book from Janelle but not from these characters.
