About this listen

Follow a Practical Guide, Become a Minimalist, and Declutter Your Life

A lot of people wonder how happiness and material things go together. Studies have shown time and time and again that having a lot of personal possessions doesn't actually mean having more happiness. In fact studies show that as soon as you have enough money to not worry about basic human needs - food, water, shelter, protection, etc. - your happiness doesn't actually go up as you get more money.

Now let's talk about what you get out of listening to and following the steps in this audiobook. The first and probably most popular is the fact that you're going to save money! You're going to spend less money on things that you don't need. Because you're going to have more free money at the end of every month, you're going to be able to use it for things that actually matter to you. Maybe you want to take your girlfriend or boyfriend on that lovely trip you've always talked about, or you want to start a rainy day fund for your family. Maybe it's more money for retirement every month or starting that hobby you've always wanted to. The fact is, when you do this, you'll have more money.

In this audiobook, you'll learn:

  • How to make the lifestyle change
  • How to declutter your home
  • Why minimalism is rewarding
  • What to invest money in
  • Much, much more!

Listen to this audiobook today, and become a minimalist.

Worked for me!

I got this audiobook via a promo code and this is my voluntary review.

After 10 years of being a workaholic with 12 hour days, 6 days a week. Lockdown finally slowed me down long enough to look around the house at all the clutter and pruck I was accumulating. Honestly, the constant mess seemed to just reoganise itself no matter how many times I purged out the cupboards and wardrobes, within 6 months, it was always the same. 1000 coffee mugs, lunchboxes with mismatched lids... and more jeans than my hangers knew what to do with. I was moving house recently and decided something had to change. A cleanse was needed. The book was very motivating, it offered practical tips and was not too long, so it didnt distract from the tasks at hand.

Narrated by CJ McAllister, i reccommend this as a concise introduction into the mental and environmental lightness that is going minimal. The joy of having a capsule wardrobe is freeing, because less options doesnt have to mean lack of choice.
