this book, and it has changed my life
I've never meditated before this book, and it has changed my life. I spend a lot of time focusing on the past, wondering what I could have done differently, if I made the right choices, etc and this book was a great introduction into being in the moment.

Indeed a great book!
I actually was about to give up and just be used with the anxiety and depression I'm experiencing, but this book with great mindful meditation technique completely gave me the courage I've never had for so long. Indeed a great book!
