About this listen
Taking care of your mental health is a huge decision, as important as any other aspect of your life. Part of our mental health develops around our social needs, and discovering how to deal with the repercussions brought by the Pandemic has never been so essential. A KFF Health Tracking Poll from July 2020 found that many adults are reporting specific negative impacts on their mental health and well-being, such as difficulty sleeping (36 percent) or eating (32 percent), increases in alcohol consumption or substance use (12 percent), and worsening chronic conditions (12 percent), due to worry and stress over the coronavirus. Toxic thoughts, depression, anxiety...our mental mess is frequently aggravated by a chaotic world and sustained by an inability to manage our runaway thoughts. But we shouldn't settle into this mental mess as if it's just our new normal. There's hope, and the road to healthier thoughts and peak happiness may actually be shorter than you think.
In this audiobook you will discover:
- The best practices to effectively take care of your mental health
- How important is the mental health topic
- Psychological effects of social isolation
- Economic effects of the Pandemic
- The relationship between needs, happiness, and mental health
- Coping mechanisms of social isolation
- Overcoming mental health issues caused by the Pandemic
If you or someone you love consider overcoming mental health issues and are willing to learn more on how the pandemic changed the game, then buy this audiobook now
