Positive guide for teens

Master Self-Love for Teen Girls was an interesting listen. While I’m not a ‘teen girl’, I wanted to listen before sending the audiobook to my nieces. I thought the book was well done and contained many important chapters. While I think they have mastered social media (sarcasm), I thought the chapters on navigating stress and time management are important and vital for any teen girl.

I enjoyed the narration and the way she paced the content, making it easy to follow and listen to.

Helpful, empowering and practical

For anyone who has ever spent time around teems then we know how much time they spend on social media and how much they can often doubt themselves and their self worth.

Between growing hormone changes and the pressures of school and friendship groups they rarely think that their own self belief is what can often be damaged in the process to ‘be liked’.

This is great audiobook that helps to address the key issue of communication, self-doubt, self-confidence and more importantly self love. The practical approach, with lots easy and understandable exercises then make it engaging and useful - and helped my niece try and apply the learning and feel that she is more control of her world and her life. She loved the journal prompts too!

Needed for our time

I got this for my grand daughter. I listened to it and if she listens to it, I think it's really go to help. Social media is not doing good things for our youth. This audio brings a warm hug and helps to guide teens to a brighter and more self-loving future. Highly recommended!

What Teen Girl Doesn't Need Self Love?!

This is a fantastic audiobook that I got for my 14-year-old daughter to listen to, and I absolutely can't wait for it! I listened to this first in my car and wow is it amazing! Bing a teen girl in today's society has got to me the toughest it has ever been. My daughter is absolutely beautiful, but I listen to her call herself ugly and it makes me so sad. I am going to start playing this when she is in car starting today because it is so uplifting and inspiring. I want her so badly to embrace and love every part of her and I know this audiobook will help. Chapter 6 is all about positive self-talk and having a positive mindset and I can see that is what she needs to hear the most. This book comes with a free PDF to download after purchase which is very helpful for completing the workbook exercises and journal prompts. Love this book!

This is a good read

As a father with a teenager daughter I can honestly say this was a really good audiobook. It is directed towards teenage girls so as a middle aged man i cant honestly say that I identify with all the aspects in this book. I do think it was well written and very well narrated. Self love is a concept that no matter your age you should dig into. Limiting and dealing with the traumatic events as they happen can be hard but overall will give you a better understanding self. Knowing the limits of your resilience is more self empowering than people understand.
