Great book a fantasy story with a mature tone
While the story consists of plenty of elements from its harem genre, the characters are well developed and interesting and far from just background characters.
Story-wise the plot is somewhat standard to the fantasy theme but with relatable and but also in-depth and logical.
I’d highly recommend giving the book a try, this is now one of my favorite series

Brilliantly crafted with amazing narration
if you're a prude that doesn't like detailed sex scenes that accompany a fantastic story read by an amazing narrator then this isn't for you.. however, if you enjoy a superbly written book with characters that fill your mind and a narrator giving life to words like I've never heard before, this is for you.. now bugger off so I can download the next one ✌️

I was not expecting this
So I didn't pay attention to the "Monster girl Harem fantasy" part of the title, I almost stopped listening, it is puerile in places, a bit 'Mary Sue' the sex is somewhat silly and predictable but, you know what, I really enjoyed it!
Word of advise, if you blush easily, do not listen to this on a bus or standing in a shop... It is in essence D&D male chauvinistic porn, if this sounds interesting give it a go. I have enjoy high brow serious fiction far less and the concept is well developed. The reader does a seriously excellent job, preventing it from becoming comical or sleazy. I have purchased the other books in this series and have not been disappointed.

Keep in mind what it's full title is...
Well when you keep in mind what it's full title is it's not bad really.
Not the best writing and the sex scenes are a bit bland but definitely not repetitive even with the amount of them.
honestly only listened the first one because of the narrator but enjoyed it enough that I'm about to start the second of the six audio books.
basically D&D nerd porn with a cage fighting Nathan Patrelli as the main hero.
