Great strategies for resolving anger
This teaches you great strategies for actually resolving anger, rather than imploding, exploding, or trying to pretend you’re not angry. I have recommended this book to many people, and it has brought me a great deal of healthy serenity.

Very nice, practical and actionable book. 5*
I got this book on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. very detailed book with enough techniques to mix and match. I particularly liked the part where he mentioned that feeling anger is an inevitable reality, what we can control is how we respond it it!

Excellent Book
Loved the book. very insightful and a good listen.
The author provides draws your attention to understanding what actually causes anger as well the different types of anger and for me that was really useful.
You can't be expected to manage your anger if you don't understand it holistically and that's why I've rated this book 5*!
