Great examples, but little facts
I picked this book as a starting point I my research for my dissertation. Well it is very inspiring and a good, enjoyable read, with nice anecdotes, but not quite scientific enough for what I wanted.
Still I recommend it to anyone who's curious about marketing, it's a very simplified cut-down version of reality. Narration is a bit dry, but she has a sweet voice, which makes it easy to listen for hours.

Short and to the point
I wanted a quick read to link together some ideas around the power of a story and how we connect with each other on many levels.
In two short hours this connection was made and am even more motivated to share my own.

Every startup should read this

This book is solid condensed wisdom. Unlike many other books, Bernadette doesn't spend 6 hours waffling about some scientific essay to prove why it works, she just tells you what and why to do, then backs it up with case studies. I had no marketing knowledge prior to this book, and I ended feeling like I had a marketing degree. Sadly, most businesses don't apply any of the ideas in this book (great news for those who do!). Bernadette is also a joy to listen to.
This book gave me so many brilliant ideas. Thank you!
