Great book on navigating dating and relationships.

Incredible work by Jack T. Morse
This book talks about the mental barriers and beliefs that do not allow you to live. Very powerful, this book is to be complemented with Mark Manson's "Models" and Mystery's "The mystery method". Each one of them has a unique focus which is related to the others. Highly recommended.

Very happy to listen this great book.
It is great that they are coming out with more education and awareness for self and relationships. When you try to understand what is up because never experienced or had a good example of a healthy relationship. Today people are trying to sell you that anything goings. That doesn't work and this helps weed it out. Great narration. 👍

Excellent self help book
Great practical advice for those people who feel insecure in love. Lays out theory in clear concise way and good practical exercises to develop a more secure style of relationship both towards yourself, your significant other and others in general. Highly recommended

Essential reading for men
A rarely well balanced view on how men can construct good relationships. A great combination of psychologically sound research and empathy for both men and women in arguably the most important equation between them. Excellent narrator, easy to listen to and compelling.
