About this listen

Life is more difficult than ever at Savannah's only ghost-hunting detective agency. While Ellie copes with her mentor's departure and other unwelcome developments, she also worries about the supernatural injuries keeping her boyfriend caught in an endless slumber.

At the same time, Ellie and Stacey are called in to investigate an eerie entity haunting a baby's nursery room. The ghost appears late at night, its face barely visible on the baby monitor, and sings a chilling song. Soon, Ellie learns there are more ghosts in the house, and at least one of them is a dangerous, child-hunting monster who must be stopped before it kills again.

ANOTHER GREAT STORY.👻

This is a great listen and I definitely recommend this, I do like these stories as they have a great balance of ghosts and m/c daily life. Starting work with this new firm takeover is not the best start to their day, but she has to shut up and put up for these ghosts need stopping, and she's the gal to do it, however her new boss is as dangerous!💀
Excellent narration that is a pure joy to listen to.🎶

You can jump over chapters 4 to 22

After listening to the first 3 chapters I jumped the story to chapter 23 because the story was just pathetic and annoying. In normal civilizations if anyone treated an employee like Nicholas and Carey did in chapter 3 then that employee could claim against then for bullying. Ellie is not a slave nor is she in the army so why take this from them. She is the core of the ghost trapper business so why does she stay when they take over - there is no logic here.
Jumping chapters 4-22 wasn't a problem I don't think as I got the plot explained since there is endless repetition in all these books. I will try the next one but may do the same.
The performance is also awful with a speaking style so laboured as making me want to turn it off often.
