Simplicity!

I have PCOS and I've followed the low insulin lifestyle for around a month now and I've lost 5kgs already (10lbs)! I love all the in depth explanations in the book and it helps me to know exactly why I'm doing what I'm doing. Would love a recipe book next for more inspirations 🤩
