Summary
The things I've lost could shatter any man.
Send him on a downward spiral.
I would've punched my own ticket if it weren't for the Satan's Knights. Instead, I became the VP of the Knightdale Charter.
A man can't drown in his misery when he's got responsibilities. So I look for things to dull the pain.
Sex. Drugs. Whatever. When you've been to hell and back, the only time worth having is a good one. My little Birdie knows this self-destructive path, too. That's why I can't stay away from her.
The highs are higher when you don't fly alone.
But I'm not the only ghost in her life, and her past isn't letting her go. I thought my club was the only thing left for me to love.
It turns out I was wrong.

Amazing Story & Narration🎧Riveting & Emotional!
I am loving this series and the MC world Janine Infante Bosco created, and as much as I would like to say the series is getting better and better that would not be fair to say since the first book, “Forsaking All Others” was just as amazing as this one. This book is Ghost, the club’s vice president & Birdie’s story and not only is their story an interesting one, but so are their back stories, which we learn as the two get to know each other. Ghost is struggling with loss, a loss that is difficult to move on from, but then she enters his life and brings him out of his darkness. Birdie is on the run from her own jaded past and came to stay with her cousin Emmy, who is a bartender where Birdie goes on her first night in town. Ghost is sitting at the bar drowning his sorrow when she catches his attention, and it turns out to be one of the best first meet scenes. The two hit it off and spend the night together, and it was a steamy night. His past comes back to haunt him in the morning and that put a damper on things, and he almost blows it with Birdie, but she gets him and as hard as it was to put her trust in another person, she did. Birdie has her own secrets and dark past, and Ghost is determined to find out what it was and get who hurt her. I loved how everything played out in this book, and like the first book, the writing, plot, and world building are fantastic, as are the character growth and development. The story captivated my attention from start to end and has the perfect balance of drama, angst, heartfelt emotions, and steamy romance. It was great to see the characters from the earlier books and I am looking forward to what comes next for the Satan’s Knights MC North Carolina. Janine Infante Bosco, thank you for another amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 Michael Norman Johnson and Sarah Puckett continue to do an amazing job of bringing these characters to life and do so with a complete understanding of who they are portraying. I love how they take each role and make it their own sounding believable and just as I imagined the characters to sound. Johnson absolutely nails it as Ghost, alpha-tude and all, and Puckett aces it as Birdie, wit and all, each showcasing their character’s personality and demeanor perfectly. Their pacing is spot on and they set the perfect tone for the story, capture all the characters’ emotions and had you feeling each one. These entertaining storytellers are a pleasure to listen to and their performance elevates this already fabulous story to another level. Thank you for another exceptional listen.

Loving this series!
What a great series this is! I am really enjoying it! This is featuring a broken Ghost and his budding relationship with Birdie. Meant to only be a one night stand, he is taken with this woman. Birdie is running, but from who? As these two deal with Ghost's past, his loss and need to heal and move on, he also is looking at Birdie, knowing she is his. But what he finds out is surprising, and now he needs to keep her safe. Building suspense. spicy love scenes and an emotionally driven couple bring out all the feels in this fantastic listen. Adding in the crossover characters of the first book, it's bringing in that family feel that an MC is all about. There is something special with this series, and it has me wanting the next one as soon as possible!
Michael Norman Johnson and Sarah Puckett deliver a fabulous duet narration! Johnson is that alpha protective male, but he also has a lot of emotion as Ghost deals with his past. Birdie is a fantastic character, dealing with a disability, wanting independence and falling in love, she is portrayed perfectly with Sarah Puckett's amazing voices. This is a fabulous pairing and wonderful listen.

Ghost and Birdie
“Life is meant to be lived in color”
Love is blind was an entertaining listen with a great storyline and characters. Birdie is blind but she is sassy and fierce. Ghost is living but he barely getting by after a devastating tragedy left him with a tremendous loss. Together they were a perfect fit and were what the other needed. I loved how their relationship unfolded and that the story didn’t stay in the drama parts for long periods. I’m really glad I was able to give this book a listen! I really enjoy this author’s writing style.
Narrated by Sarah Puckett and Michael Norman Johnson in dual narration - they both added another layer of enjoyment bringing the characters and story to life.

Love is Blind: Satan's Knights MC, NC Book 2
🎧🎧AUDIOBOOK REVIEW🎧🎧
Janine Infante Bosco knows how to get gritty with it and I am here for it! The stories that she manages to write in a couple hundred pages always blow my mind because they unfold so well and grow not just the main characters as a couple but also as individuals and she manages to move the MC club arc-storyline forward as well! She doesn’t write simple characters either. Nooooooo, these carry a serious pasts on their backs and more often than not, she also manages to tack on a limitation here and there that make her characters relatable, and she represents respectfully. If you enjoy reading mc romances and you are not reading Janine’s stories, you’re missing out BIG!
Ghost & Birdie were perfect for each other. They brought, to each other, the light they both needed to deconstruct the tragedies they have both endured to build a future for themselves where they don’t live in the dark (no pun intended) but rather outside in the light of day. Their story is heartbreaking but also uplifting, it is gritty and raw and full of pain but oh, so much hope!
This wasn’t an easy story for me. I knew the past that Ghost was carrying from reading, actually listening to Forsaking All Others, but just because I already knew doesn’t mean it didn’t hit me hard. I’ve lived thru Ghost’s trauma, and it wasn’t long ago. The pain is insurmountable, and it hits you when you least expect it. The tragedy lives inside of you, but it can be managed. When I say Janine represented respectfully I did so because I know. Do with that information what you will.
🎤 Narrators Sarah Puckett & Michael Norman Johnson continue to make my ears happy with their narration. The intensity of the story was levelled up because of their fantastic voices!
Sidenote: You need to start at the beginning of almost all mc romance series and this one is not the exception.

Ghost 🖤
Ghost is taken with Birdie from the first time they meet. She sits sassy and won’t let her blindness stop her from having a great night together. It was supposed to be a one time but they can’t get enough of each other. They have their own demons but they overcome those. Excitement and romance in a dangerous world. Loved the narration too.

I really enjoyed this. This is my first book by this author but I'll be sure to pick up more. It was touching how Ghost and Birdie each softened each other and their personal griefs. I loved the two of them for each other.

Fabulous narration!
Not only was this a really good story, but the narrators, Michael Norman Johnson and Sarah Puckett, are fantastic. Their timing, expressiveness and story telling skills are excellent and made this an audio that pulled me in and provided great listening. Both Ghost and Birdie's back stories have tragedy and loss, particularly Ghost's. The story is intense, hot and interesting, making for an overall winner!💖💖💖💖💖
