About this listen
Welcome back to Bryce, Colorado, a small town in the Rocky Mountains. Maggie's a divorced mom with two teenage sons. Owen is a retired US Marine who suffers from PTSD. When Maggie's best friend goes missing while on a mountain hike, Owen is called in to join the search and rescue team. Maggie joins too, as she knows the area where her friend disappeared better than anyone.
Caught up in a sudden blizzard and facing dangerous conditions, Maggie needs Owen just as much as he needs her. This romantic suspense novel is filled with heart and feels, hurt and comfort, second chances, and lots more. Lost and Found is book two of the McIntyre Search and Rescue series.

A little suspense, a lot of love
This was a sweet story. The narration was great and the story has a little suspense factor with some beautiful descriptions and visuals of the landscape which really brought you into the scenes. I liked the characters but I did struggle with the FMC and how she let her son get away with his nonsense. There was a little too much "we need to talk about this but not now" for me from both MCs. I did really enjoy the town and the side characters so I'd probably do more books in this series.

Maggie and Owen
I enjoyed the book, specially the age difference and how that didn’t stop Owen from pursuing Maggie and befriend her kids. It’s not an easy relationship because they are expecting danger from poachers on the mountains. There’s family drama and suspense which kept my attention. Narration was done beautifully with all the characters in the book, even the teenagers.

Romance and Suspense
I really enjoyed this audiobook..my first ever. Didn’t know what to expect but wasn’t disappointed. Having read the actual book I knew the plot well. After getting used to listening I settled and found myself wanting to get back into this book so I could hear what happened next as quickly as possible. A sure sign I was thoroughly enjoying it.
I received a free copy of this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

So deeply emotional
Maggie and Owen both have history, both have baggage they carry but right from the start it’s Maggie who is the strongest of the two and I LOVE that about this book.
An amazing story that is so well told, it reaches new heights in narration with the characters being portrayed so wonderfully by the voice actors.
Jason Clark brings ALL the deep broodiness that defines Owen as well as his super protective nature and how much he really cares for Maggie and her family. The journey from loner to being part of a family is brought out so well in his emotional performance.
Kirsten Leigh portrays Maggie’s fears as well as her strength so well, allowing the depth of her doubts to show before her inner steel core shines.
Entwined beautifully with the preceding book, there are moments that are expanded on which give much more depth to the budding relationship between the characters and the angst was SO angsty I wanted to bash heads.
Amazing book, even better audiobook, definitely worth the listen

excellent narration
Hero with PTSD, OW/YM, single mom w teenage boys/ bodyguard romance, slow burn
Loved the narration - Jason Clarke and Kirsten Leigh were perfect
Loved book 1, but not so much that I just wanted it retold but with 2 different perspectives. Then more contemporary than suspense romance - okay fine but not what I expected - wanted something lost and found or searched and rescued. Okay, i guess there was a little bit. Then well, just not my kind of romance and didn't enjoy the rest.

Mis Sold by search
I was looking for adventure and I got romance, as romances go it wasn’t too bad. I listen all the way through
Wasn’t what I normally listen to, I need more action
Best (best!) part was how the story was written around a middle aged woman with wobbly bits that gets the hunk, I am also that middle aged wobbly woman and now really hoping I get the hunk (please send to address below)
