Summary

Sawyer Reed is heading home after rambling for seven years after the Civil War ended. His family’s cattle ranch is waiting, and he is ready to get to work. On his way home from Mexico, Sawyer runs into a mysterious woman who will change his life and his future forever.

Josephine Alverez is a chef at a posh restaurant in San Antonio, Texas in the year 2020. She is off for a weekend of fun when she is sucked into a miniature blue twister. Jo is thrown back in time to 1872. A man saves her life after she is nearly murdered, and Jo must come to grips and adapt to this new world. It is the wild west and she has fallen into an old fashion western.

Lost in Time

I enjoyed this book.Joe is thrown back in time by a tornado. It is hard to get used to,but she does.It is full of action and adventure with just the right touch of romance. Francis G Kearney was a good narrator.Sometimes her words were stilted, but it was fine.I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Brilliant story

A very enjoyable story of life in the earlier days of the US. , experienced by a woman of the present day. The narration was very good and complimented the story well

Old Times

Francis G Kearney voice was just right for this Old Fashion Western. I enjoyed listening to him.

I loved the way we first saw Jo and Sawyer, in their time lines.
When Jo is sent back in time and saved my by Sawyer and his friend Kitty (William)
I felt as if I could smell the old west and the descriptions of the baths..in the bath house...
This book should the hard times and also loyalty of friends. Also how a soldier in any time , can suffer the horror of war.
We have a great plot and sub plot and wonderful descriptions of characters .
Teeth cleaning , baths and dead peoples clothes, will make you count your blessings.

So enjoyed.
