Relatable and understanding
I love every one of Fearne’s book. I always feel as though she speaks directly to me. This book did not disappoint. It puts everything into perspective and makes you feel at ease and normal with everyday life without judgement. She totally gets how busy and stressful life can be and does not lecture on how it should be done. She feels like a caring parent who there for the ride holding your hand. Amazing again. Reassuring
Fearne, thank you so much for writing this book!! It bought me so much reassurance that I’m doing ok at being a Mum & a Wife & enjoying life in between.
Fearne’s voice is so calming - I love all things Fearne Cotton!
I usually prefer reading a book rather than an audio book but I had a credit on my account so thought I would give it a go & for this book in particular, I thought it worked really well. I could easily listen as I was pottering, driving, cooking etc.
Would absolutely recommend 💛

Lovely book
Lovely book. Perfectly narrated by the author herself. Would probably be most useful to those who are new to self-help. For me, it felt like a consolidation of lots of strategies I have learned on other books and podcasts. Still a nice listen though.

It really is the little things
This is an excellent book, with lots of little things that have the potential to make a huge difference to your life. Perhaps we’re all a little guilty of looking for one big thing that will fix things, but it really is the little things that make a difference. And I have to say Fearne’s delivery of the audiobook is excellent. A really enjoyable listen with great points that do make a difference.

Loved it!
A great read for those struggling with stress and for those who are looking at a more holistic way of living with stress and how to work through it. As always Fearne has a way of writing that has all the feels and gets deep to my core!
