Really made me think about so many little things I do and could change

Great book with well laid out steps that really help
You form small habits into a whole routine. Was easy to listen to and actually pretty fun. Incredibly interesting and a definite buy for anyone looking to make positive changes.

Hugely Beneficial Audiobook

This book has helped me keep the discipline and motivation I needed to achieve. Too often I found my self straying from my goals though useless distractions. Slowing building my self discipline has allowed me to kick procrastination out of my life. This audiobook has notably improved my work ethic, through small achievable steps, I'd highly recommend!

Really useful habit guide

Whether or not you've read Atomic Habits or The Power of Habit then this is a great guide to building a better routine through habits. The chapter on habits being automated was illuminating to me, and since listening to it I've found myself more conscious of things I was doing "just because".

The accountability partner focus is vital, I got one myself to start the year off and it's been a complete gamechanger in terms of how I go about my day.

SELF DISCIPLINE

To help form new habits ,I like the chapter on Self discipline,,the quote " on the 101st cut it split in two " i liked. The improving 1% a day idea was good. Douglas did a good narration for a good book by Emily. The checklist was nice also.

I love listening to the audiobook and is the start of a new me, the real me. It has unlocked my real power. Instead of treating the symptoms, the author addresses the root, removing my procrastination completely. I recommend this book to everyone looking to master themselves in order to unlock their true potential.

We all have habits, make sure they are good ones!

This book was a bit of a reality check. The fact is that we all slip into habits of some kind. If we do not consciously think about it, then the chances are they are bad habits, and there is no drive to change life for the better. This book serves to make you think and choose which habits to follow. It then gives you great advice and encouragement to complete the transformation in your life.

Changing One Habit At A Time

This was such an inspirational audiobook. I realised how habits were formed and the steps that i needed to take to break habits that no longer served me in daily life. I learnt that slowly working on removing bad habits slowly and replacing them with more positive actions, it will be less overwhelming and you should have more chance of success. I will have to listen to the audiobook a few times to take in all the information.

Real lasting changes

I have already read several books on habits, but I have not much left from reading. In this case, I was pleasantly surprised by the practical advice on avoiding the usual traps of the mind. Finally, I'm taking action, and I feel ready to create healthy habits that last over time
