Limitless is the inspirational story of a young man’s journey of healing after more than ten years of depression and addiction. The downward spiral culminates in a severe car crash in August 2007 where he almost loses his life.
In the face of extraordinary odds, Damien reinvents his life through meditation and an unwavering determination to change.
Damien shares his powerful journey, the highs and the lows, in the hope that you can find what you need to heal your life. His remarkable story proves that we all have the power to heal and return to a place of self-love.

Absolutely superb
I highly recommend this book, especially for anyone who is struggling or has experienced trauma and/or addiction and who needs to find their sense of purpose again. Damien reminds us that by experiencing the now fully, we can know joy. He also reminds us that we have a wonderful healing capacity within us and that life truly does have meaning and that it doesn't end with death. For many, self realisation can come through trauma and through accessing the deep resources that help us to survive and move beyond it but he also shows us that it is also possible when we make ourselves a promise and keep to it and when we learn to work on ourselves and take responsibility for our journey. He moves us by showing us there are no quick fixes but we can truly find what we need by showing ourselves love and compassion and by searching deep within ourselves and in doing so, we realise that we are here for a reason and we are not alone.
