  • We all have dreams, desires, goals and ambitions; however, we run into that "wall" that we can not get over in order to get to our "best self".  There is nothing physical in our way always so what's left is something mental.  These are "Limiting Beliefs"; a narrative, tradition, or possibly dogma that pre-dates our human existence but we are caught in its trapping because of society, religion, or family.  Most believe that there is no way to overcome these limiting beliefs but we know that this is simply not true.  First, what are some limiting beliefs and how did they form and what can we do to actually get past them?  This is ALL discussed today to get started.  Teresa and Chris outline their understanding of the concept and relate it to their own experience.  By listening to today's conversation you will open your mind, if not your eyes, into what might be holding YOU back.  From there the foundation is poured for getting past your blockage and that is by changing your limiting beliefs.  Sometimes all we need is to know someone else "gets us" for our eyes and mind to open and our journey to get back on track to being the truest version of ourselves.
