Meh
I got nothing from this, i already know what ADHD is, I don't care about the writer's personal journey, there was nothing 'how to' about it, and the professional narrator hired sounds disinterested and robotic.
I should probably wait 24 hours(as per the books advice) but It''s not worth coming back to.
