Summary

Haven escaped the clutches of the new Sun sovereign and found solace in Shadoria, but for how long?

Now that the extent of her powers is known, Solis, Noctis, and mortals all hunt her. Meanwhile, chaos reigns across the land. The immortal realm is ruled by a depraved king who will stop at nothing to reclaim Haven as a weapon, while the mortal lands must choose between serving a tyrant or following Prince Bell, the Kinslayer.

And below, in the Netherworld, a great evil awaits, amassing an army of untold powers.

Hunted, plagued by doubt, and torn between duty and love, Haven must find a way to broker peace between the nations before it’s too late.

Welcome to the Kingdom of Runes, where immortals and humans clash, light and dark magic reign, and mythical creatures lurk in the shadows. If you like fierce heroines, enemies-to-lovers romance, wild plot twists, and endearing characters that stay with you long after you've reach the end, you need to discover the book fans are calling dark fantasy at its best. Just make sure to clear out some space on your calendar first!

Bargains and the consequences.

To say this book is amazing is an understatement, every single chapter was filled with anticipation and excitement. The storyline is beyond incredible, it had my emotions spinning more than a tornado. The near death moments, and yes there are many of those throughout the series. I thought my teeth might physically break from gritting them so much, the cliffhanger at the end made me scream out in frustration. I can honestly say waiting for the next book will be excruciatingly painful, I want to know what happens so bad I feel like I might explode. This series has been enrapturing throughout the entire series, I can't name any bad points no matter how hard I try. The lore is well fleshed out, the story is strong and consistent. The characters are extremely well written, I've grown very much attatched to every single one of them. I have bought all 4 books in ebook, audio and paperback, they were money well spent. This is a series I will reread over and over again, and never get bored of it. Now if only Stolis was real, too bad I couldn't enter the book like Haven and Stolis did in the story with a rare item. I won't mention what the item is, that's something you should discover by reading this yourself. I highly recommend this series, it won't Dissapoint.

Absolutely loved it

Oh no I am now up to date with this awesome series BUT thankfully the next book is out the end of the month and I can’t wait.
Each book has got better and better constantly weaving plot with twists and turns, always moving world building and character development! Sigh I really do need more now. I listened to the audio version so I may need to wait longer for that to be released to as the narration is perfect bringing these diverse characters to life.
Haven is finally believing she is the goddess born but the rest of the realm won’t follow a mortal and she needs to unite them all for what is coming. As always each book has a quest or task she must undertake and that is resolved at the end of each book. All the while this feeds into the amazing story and the journey to the final destination.
Can Haven and her friends get what she needs to become immortal………… well you need to read and see! This is book 4 and trust me you need to read them all in order. Great news they are all on Kindle Unlimited and remember if you prefer audio then audible has the reduced rate if you have on Kindle.

Light Singer

What was the point of this book????
Book 123 were great and 4 should have been the final one. This was just a money making waste of time.
I won’t be listening to book 5
