Summary

"Dance with me, Kirby." Dru's voice was just a whisper, her hand reaching out to grasp Kirby's.

She didn't know how it happened, but Kirby found herself pulled to her feet and held in Dru's arms. She wanted to blame it on the margarita, but she couldn't lie to herself. There was something magnetic about the feel of Dru's arms around her. She allowed herself to relax into the redhead's embrace and began to sway to the music.

When the song ended they continued to sway together dreamily for several long minutes. As their feet finally stopped moving Dru pulled Kirby closer, her hand sliding up her back to caress her neck. Kirby gulped as a shiver shot through her.

Not My Cup of Tea

Generally I love books like this. I mean love, as in cannot stop reading them, but with this i struggled. I couldn't get into it. Nothing wrong with the story or the performance, it was a general lesbian love story.

Sapphic romantic funny Private Eyes

What did you like most about Lesbian: Private Investigations?

Charming book, with a story you can believe in. Funny too, loved the guy complaining that his wife had him followed for being a cheat, and had the cheek to charge it to his own credit card! .
This book was not over done in any way. All characters and plot were performed with ease. This is an easy story to listen too, not gory, not too scary, it touches on the characters sadness in the past, but shows them going forward, with heads held high and optimistic for their future.
Hope this is just the 1st one and we get to learn even more about the agency and the granny with a habitat of telling rude jokes to her new intern.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Really like both lead characters, they were portrayed as real full bodied women.

What about Lissa Blackwell’s performance did you like?

Could listen to her all day, nothing was jarring, the whole story flowed beautifully.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I actually listened to it twice as I enjoyed it so much.

Any additional comments?
