thought provoking

I loved this...it will take practice but may change my way of being and eliminate suffering within.
the narrator was clear and interesting but I will have to listen a couple if times to really digest it, but it's short so will be easy. I am not religious because it's the way I was brought up...this reading may change my opinions.
