A well written book and enjoyable to listen to!

I was surprised at how enjoyable this book is to listen to!

I loved the stories and the way it was spoken. It felt very easy to listen to and I smiled at times I wasn't expecting.
I enjoyed the quotes from individuals and stories from big companies, it feels reassuring to hear that even mega companies make mistakes and how they are rectified.

I felt the summaries at the ends of chapters were very useful too. A great and useful book!

This is a book for leaders!

I learned so much from Ron (who is an excellent narrator by the way!) and Owais - they did an excellent job researching the quality industry and condensing all their research into this short book. Highly recommend!

Good read!

It start a bit like 'selling' the company at first, bit after a few chapters it hits the mark. As QA director it gave me valuable tips how to turn the ship called quality in the right direction, and more important how to get the required resources. It provided good input to base my management presentations on, helping me to clearly identify where we are and where we need to go to achieve business value.
