About this listen

A bit confusing at first, but I was soon gripped

I find Scandinavian authors can sometimes be a bit random, without the added complication of being translated into French and hearing the Danish names said with a French accent! I did find the first couple of chapters a bit confusing and had to re-listen to them. But once I had got the hang of whether it was Louise or Helene talking, I was completely drawn into the mystery. Very dark in places, as Joachim tries to get to uncover the lies he is sure exist, and Helene/Louise starts to learn more about herself from the reactions of people who once knew her.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
