Beautiful, clear voice

I am new to Kundalini Meditations, I really enjoyed it especially the Gong sounds.

Lovely

A few of the topics covered are food, sleep, ethics, meditations, breath exercises and physical exercises. The book is written in simple language. It is easy to read, not a lot of Sanskrit terms like older yoga books have.

Good guide.

I studied this book through very rapidly at that point cleared out it aside whereas taking after a few basic breath contemplations for almost a month. Coming back to examine it once more from the starting has given indeed superior understanding of what the creator is saying. This is often a direct I presently proposed to keep at hand.

An excellent guide for meditation.

I'm going to try to apply what they explain and the tips they give to master my energies and see how it goes. I like the book I can easily recommend it.

Very Helpful Book

As importantly, it explains what the final goal is. People call the goal "enlightenment," but, being unenlightened, we don't necessarily know what that would be like.
