About this listen
Are you interested in learning the mystical of the kundalini?
This audiobook will teach you about your kundalini. It will teach you how to be able to activate your kundalini. The kundalini is basically, the serpent that moves through the spine and through your chakras. It’s like the binding energy that binds all the chakras together. Now, you might think about what exactly will you do with your kundalini, is not connected to any religion, which is a great thing. So, it doesn't matter what your source is or what you call God. It doesn’t matter whether you're a Muslim, Buddism, Hindu, or Christian. You will still benefit from activating your kundalini.
Here it is what you will find inside:
- Understanding Kundalini
- Activate the Kundalini Energy at the Base of Your Spine
- Signs of the Kundalini Awakening
- The Kundalini Energy Flow
- Easy Morning Kundalini Yoga
- History of Kundalini
- The Mystical of the Kundalini
- How Kundalini Can Help to Save the Planet
This audiobook will change your life and free yourself from negative energies. Now is the time to make a change and live a happier life!

Poor writing and structure, unengaging content
The golden rule of writing a book should be, if you can't, don't.
McBride does appear to have some knowledge and experience of Kundalini, but she would have been better giving her field notes to a ghostwriter. This is a dog's dinner, hard to listen to and peppered with quasi-spiritual terms that are introduced at random and remain unexplained by the author, many of which are inherently meaningless. At best it is a first draft of a manuscript; at times it sounds like it was translated in haste from an entirely different language. I gave up after enduring two chapters and skipping through the rest, then returned it in search of a more robust guide. Recommendation: seek professional editing assistance.
