The President's children have been kidnapped. Detective Alex Cross faces a ticking clock.

"No one gets this big without amazing natural storytelling talent - which is what Jim has, in spades. The Alex Cross series proves it." (Lee Child, international best-selling author of the Jack Reacher series)

Hard to follow

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Found it hard to follow the characters as voice made them hard to distinguish between them at times so I seemed to get lost. Story was ok but not the performance which spoilt it for me.

Kill Alex Cross by James Patterson.

A story about three subject s: kidnap ping, terrorism and caring for children. Good subjects but again the consecutive of the chapters numbering are difficult to follow.

Good story.

I enjoyed this book. In my opinion the sound effects were not necessary and didn't really add anything to the whole experience.

Easy to listen and a likeable main character, Alex

Enjoyable book and very easy to listen to unlike some books on here. When I fell asleep and missed chapters it was super easy to search and pick up from where left off. I used to read James Patterson`s Alex Cross books many years ago and this was a welcome nostalgic journey from a time that I could fit into skinny clothes and pre the constant use of my iphone for FOMO (fear of missing out) of something in the world, friends lives, etc.
On a side note at one stage I wanted to throttle Alex`s annoying grandma along with a heinous aberration of voiced character. Just saying! I mean Alex works hard and she takes some serious liberties!
