After leaving his good-paying job in New Jersey over ethical concerns and making a clean break with his fiancée, John Hallock finds solitude in the purchase of the old Fulmer place, a weathered and overgrown farm left to ruin after its sole owner was found dead. As Hallock sets out to renovate the farmhouse and tend to the land along Shawangunk Ridge, he stumbles across an unsettling secret.
With evil descending on Kalesteen from all directions, Hallock and the resident of the ridge-lined town find themselves embroiled in a high-stakes secret operation.
