I thinknit was very good but the bitwhen the giant was going to crush the child's bones it sounded very scary and may scare little ones

Superb narration
Having read four bedtime stories myself after a full day with my four year old granddaughter , I needed a rest. Sir Lenny delivers with bells on. Proper Jack and the Beanstalk with no modern day changes.
I’m afraid I fell asleep during the second book but from

Sheridan Smith
I wasn’t sure about getting this audio book as you can only hear a bit on the sample and not Sheridan smith’s bit and I just wanted to leave a review to say the stories she narrates are completely brilliant and my two and a half year old daughter seems mesmerised.

Took me back to my childhood bedtime storybook and matching cassettes collection! If only I'd kept them, these stories are short but performed amazingly! Need more like this please!

My son’s favourite
The four stories are short enough to hold interest and brilliantly performed. We’ve listened to them in the car approximately 2.6 million times.

Enjoyed it
These were some of the traditional fairy tales as they have always been, not retellings. I enjoyed listening to them again. Although the musical interludes could have been shorter.
