Summary

When pharmaceutical scientist David R. Hamilton, PhD observed the results of tests on new drugs, he noticed that patients receiving the control placebo pills reported the same level of improvement as people receiving the actual drug. Seeing this result repeat itself time and time again, he became fascinated by the mind-body connection and started to research the work of scientists, mystics and healers working in this field. The result is this ground-breaking audiobook, in which Hamilton explains how the mind and emotions can influence the wellbeing of our body and even the structure of our DNA.

In this edition of David's influential audiobook he has added information from recent scientific studies and the latest extraordinary evidence about:

- the physical impact of meditation on the body

- why sending thoughts of healing to a person helps them to heal

- how the power of love impacts the growth of cells in the body

- how our thoughts and feelings affect how quickly we heal.

Excellent

Loved this book, easy to understand and flows beautifully. I loved that the author has read it himself, such a more intimate experience. Thank you.

Joy to listen to

I love to listen to David Hamilton, wonderful delivery, warm friendly voice , so much so I am going to purchase another of his books. That aside I enjoy what he does , probably helps that hold similar beliefs myself so regarding that I easier to convince than a skeptic . I hope to introduce some , if not all of his teachings into my life . Great listen .
